As an Automotive Customer Service Representative with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Answer phone calls and schedule appointmentsCheck guests in and outTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with the Christian Brothers AutomotiveAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedDesire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadKeeps the service team accountable for making guest update calls on their vehicleServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualifications
Qualifications :
Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve othersSome experience in the automotive industry preferred; a strong desire to learn automotive terminology requiredMust have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guestsValid state driver's licenseAbility to seek and accept coaching and directionAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwarePhysical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hearThe employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and / or crouchThe employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focusBeing dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m.Additional Information
