Test Engineering Manager

Overview

Empower Semiconductor has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Engineering leader to grow our test team based in our San Jose R&D headquarters. The role is responsible for defining and managing best-in-class processes and workflows for design verification, qualification and test of high-performance mixed signal ICs based on cutting edge semiconductor technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and manage best in class test processes for mixed signal ICs, from IC characterization, design verification and qualification, through to functional test for high-volume manufacturing at OSAT facilities.
• Document and update design flow / process for all test activities, and support ISO and other industry / customer audits.
• Manage a team of test development engineers, plan resources and priorities with development and project managers.
• Work with an extensive landscape of OSATs and external test equipment vendors to provide the most effective test solutions.
