Full Time Legal Intake Specialist

We're looking for dedicated and empathetic professionals to join our team as Intake Specialists. This role is a perfect fit for someone who excels at customer service and loves helping others. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, ensuring each one is met with careful attention, a friendly voice, and a deep sense of empathy. This is an in-office position.

What we care about most is your can-do attitude and your genuine dedication to helping people. No need for prior customer service experience – we provide all the training you'll need to succeed. This position is all about building relationships. You'll be the first friendly voice our clients encounter, and we count on you to set the tone. While you'll manage a high volume of calls, the key is to connect with each person on a personal level. You'll use your sharp listening skills to understand their needs and provide the supportive, professional experience they deserve, all while being the foundation of our client relationships.

To be successful in this role, you must have :

• Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically : spelling, grammar, and diction
• A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
• Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
• The ability to ask appropriate questions
• The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
• Accurate and fast typing skills
• PC / Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age

Our benefits for Full Time Employees include :

Compensation : $20 / Hour with perfect attendance.

Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.

Shifts Offered :

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday : 7am-11am & 3pm-7pm, Sunday : 9am-6pm

Training starts on 11 / 27 / 25, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST, for two weeks : one week of classroom training and one week of Training Bay. Permanent schedule will go in effect Sunday, 11 / 30 / 25.
