$23.27 - $28.84 minimum starting salary

Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.

What You Will Be Doing :

Investigate, analyze, evaluate and process insurance claims involving either Personal Injury Protection (PIP) in all jurisdictions offering No-Fault insurance policies and / or benefits, or Medical Payments benefits provided by Shelter's Automobile policy. Gather necessary information regarding medical liability, death compensation, work loss, essential services and negotiate settlements within prescribed limits of authority. Handle claims in accordance with established procedures and consistent with legal and contractual obligations of the Companies. Responsible for setting proper reserves and pursuing subrogation on assigned claims.
