Description :

The ratio is 4 : 1 on progressive care unit patients.

Every other weekend and holidays are required.

Shift hours are from 1900 to 0730.

There are no on-call requirements, but overtime is available for those who want it.

While block schedules cannot be guaranteed, efforts will be made to accommodate preferred schedules.

Acuity fluctuates, with a wide variety of cardiac and respiratory patients.

The department has a supportive and collaborative culture.

The manager is easy to contact for any needs and is visible on night shifts at least twice per week.
