Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management :
- Serve as primary relationship manager for SFOX Connect (embedded solution) with a dedicated focus on payments / Fintech clients
- Conduct quarterly business reviews focusing on trading volume, execution quality, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with clients' trading, operations, and compliance teams to optimize platform usage
- Maintain detailed account intelligence and interaction history in Salesforce
Platform Adoption & Growth :
Drive deeper engagement with SFOX Connect's trading, custody, and settlement featuresIdentify opportunities to increase client trading volume and expand service utilizationPresent new product features including Smart Order Router, algorithmic trading tools, and custody solutionsCoordinate with product team to prioritize feature requests based on client feedbackTechnical Account Support :
Guide clients through SFOX Connect API integration and FIX protocol setupTroubleshoot trading connectivity issues and order management system integrationsAssist with multi-exchange routing optimization and execution strategy configurationProvide training on trading dashboards, portfolio management tools, and risk analyticsInstitutional Services Coordination :
Facilitate onboarding of new trading counterparties and liquidity relationshipsCoordinate prime brokerage services including margin trading and securities lendingManage custody wallet provisioning and institutional-grade security implementationsSupport clients with regulatory reporting and transaction cost analysis (TCA)Market Intelligence & Strategy :
Monitor institutional crypto trading trends and competitive landscapeGather client feedback on execution quality, latency, and market structure preferencesCollaborate with trading desk on market making and liquidity provision strategiesContribute to institutional research reports and market commentaryBusiness Development Support :
Partner with institutional sales team on prospect meetings and product demonstrationsDevelop case studies showcasing client success stories and ROI metricsRepresent SFOX at institutional crypto conferences and industry eventsSupport RFP responses and due diligence processes for prospective clientsRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field4-6 years experience in institutional sales, account management, or client servicesStrong understanding of crypto markets, trading infrastructure, and institutional workflowsExperience with prime brokerage, execution management systems, or institutional trading platformsExcellent relationship management and communication skillsProficiency with CRM systems and data analysis toolsPreferred Qualifications :
