Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the Manager Sterile Processing at Northridge Hospital you will be responsible for the operational objectives of the Central Sterilization department, and will provide management and guidance in the preparation and sterilization of instrumentation and packs, and equipment assembled and dispensed through the department. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of all departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance of all with federal state and professional standards for sterile processing, and will review and update existing departmental policies and procedures annually. You will interview and hire staff for Sterile Processing, observe employees during the orientation program and monitor progress, and you will also conduct staff meetings and inservice trainings.

Pay Range
$45.06 - $67.03 / hour
