Who You Are You'll perform as a Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain, Program Management - Subcontract Manager

What You Will Be Doing This position is for a Program Management / Subcontract Manager in the Integrated Systems & Partnership Supply Chain organization. This selected individual will be overseeing and managing the BAE Systems subcontract team for IFG (F-16 / F-22) & AMMM accounts. You'll be managing subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs. Directing and managing all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements, that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and are required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system. Developing sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution. Acting as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office. You'll have responsibility for and direction of all phases of the subcontract; from initiation of the business case for "make or buy" decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution. You'll also make decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor, establish milestone objectives, and manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. You'll lead a team normally composed of engineers, quality and procurement staff.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX. This role is located at a facility that requires special access; you'll need to be a US Citizen and have an Interim Secret Clearance AeroSCM.
