Senior Banker

The senior banker will source, pitch, and execute transactions in the Financial Services industry; specifically Insurance, Asset Management, Wealth or RIA Investment Banking. Individuals are highly skilled at managing clients, identifying opportunities, and running all aspects of an M&A process. They are widely recognized for deal origination and execution capabilities across a wide variety of transaction types including sell-sides, buy-sides, going privates, corporate divestitures, capital raises, and Fairness Opinions. In addition, they have extensive transaction experience with public and private companies as well as private equity-owned businesses. They have proven client relationship skills and are capable of independent business development activity in partnership with industry partners.

Essential Job Functions :

• Responsible for revenue generation through the origination, execution, and closing of M&A transactions.
• Establish trusted advisor relationship with important corporate and private equity clients to drive increased M&A advisory wallet share and a consistent revenue stream.
• Build new relationships through thoughtful and targeted business development activities. Identify prospects and pull in the appropriate team and resources to drive new client growth.
• Provide technical and developmental support to junior and mid-level bankers on deal team.
• Work with team members to promote other lines of business with referrals.

Compensation and Benefits : This position is eligible to earn a base salary of $325,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
