Job Title : Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Job Description

The maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining slicing, packaging, and press machinery / equipment. The focus is on supporting the production of food products such as sliced fruit and juices. This role requires mechanical and electrical proficiency to effectively support the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on machinery and equipment including slicers, packaging machines, and presses.
• Conduct mechanical repairs on components such as conveyors, belts, bearings, gears, and pumps.
• Execute electrical repairs including work on single / 3 phase motors, fuses, relays, and voltage ranging from 120-480V.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and engage in preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the machinery operates efficiently and safely.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 1st shift from 6 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, in a GMP environment. The role requires wearing safety gear and does not involve ammonia refrigeration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00 / hr.
