Integrated Marketing Plans And Campaigns
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns that drive awareness of IHG Hotels & Resorts and an assigned portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals, brand positioning, and regional strategies. Your day to day includes :
- Develop and execute 360 integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels (regionally and globally)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing plans, including Omni-Channel Marketing, Paid Media, Creative Services, PR, Social, Brand Strategy, and Analytics
- Manage cross-functional teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
- Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide recommendations for campaign optimizations
What we need from you :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.Five to seven years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines / processes related to the position, including brand marketing or campaign management.Demonstrated marketing experience in organizing, planning, and executing small- to large-scale campaigns from conception through implementation.Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business objectives and strategy into marketing campaigns.Excellent organizational and communication skills with extreme attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.Location : Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $115,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
