We are hiring a Traveling General Manager with experience in HVAC and Plumbing!

Requirements : POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Traveling General Manager travels to company locations to stabilize operations, grow the business, and develop permanent leadership teams.

You will lead talented teams, implement operational best practices, and drive profitability while creating sustainable systems. At the end of the year, you can continue in a traveling role or transition into a permanent General Manager position at one location. Travel and housing are fully covered.

• You MUST have experience as a General Manager at a plumbing / HVAC company
