Primary Function

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of aircraft and maintenance related documentation such as aircraft / engine logbooks, schedules, status, and associated records.

Essential Duties

• Coordinate with Management and Leads for scheduling and execution of required aircraft operational and maintenance actions.
• Extracts data, formulates / interprets management reports, creates archives, and saves data in support of all onsite maintenance operations.
• Perform flight following actions and communications with aircrew during all Functional Check Flight (FCF) activities.
• Debrief incoming / outgoing aircrew personnel, extracting critical information on mission results and actions required.
• Accurately track / brief current aircraft operational status information to all levels of management and forecasting future requirements or actions.
• Must be proficient in performing all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions associated with aircraft recordkeeping.
• Performs networking functions between individual groups which includes analysis, correction of hardware / software errors, and data entry.
• Performs a wide range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports / correspondence, filing, typing, and performing data base / systems analyses.
• Other duties as required.
