We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical BIM Modeler with expertise in Autodesk Revit to create electrical systems models for large commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with our engineering and construction teams to develop accurate 3D models and produce high-quality construction documents, ensuring proper coordination with other building systems.

Key Responsibilities
Create and develop detailed 3D models for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting layouts, equipment, and raceways using Revit MEP.Generate detailed 2D construction and fabrication drawings from 3D models.Perform clash detection using software like Autodesk Navisworks and collaborate with other trades (architectural, mechanical, and structural) to resolve conflicts.Work from design specifications, one-line diagrams, and field mark-ups to accurately model electrical components.Create and manage Revit families (parametric components) to meet project-specific needs.Extract data from the models to create accurate schedules for electrical equipment, panels, and lighting fixtures.Participate in project coordination meetings with project managers, engineers, and field personnel.Ensure all models and drawings adhere to company BIM standards, project specifications, and relevant codes (e.g., NEC).Assist in the creation of "As-Built" drawings and maintain project drawing logs.Qualifications and Skills :
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.Proficiency in clash detection software like Autodesk Navisworks.Familiarity with other BIM-related tools, such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam.Knowledge :
Strong understanding of electrical construction means, methods, and installation techniques.Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant building codes.Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.Soft Skills :
