Licensed Lead Operations Coordinator (Hybrid / Remote in Indiana)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes.
• Create, review, and present program documents, business and software specifications, process flows, and test cases.
• Lead special projects with cross functional teams to implement project management processes and applications related to reporting solutions based on stakeholder inputs.
• Monitor and interact with end users and cross functional teams to assist in technical troubleshooting Remedy Help Desk tickets to provide resolution results.
• Create, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Document complex program and system needs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Works closely with other departments to optimize operational activities.
• Support leadership and product owner and stakeholders on project priorities
• Other duties as assigned
