Board Certification : Required

Covid Vaccination : Required

Michigan License : Required at the time of name clearance (No exceptions)

Clean Background : Required (No exceptions)

Local Candidate : Required

Submission of Rates : Required at the time of name clearance (Provider will not be cleared without this information)

Facility Description :

Our 20-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is conveniently. Our dedicated interdisciplinary team focuses on promoting self-sufficiency and maximizing functional ability through patient-centered care. This approach involves advocating for patients' rights, empowering them to make decisions, and respecting their participation in decision-making.

The program is accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) as a Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Program for Adults, and as a Stroke Specialty Program (Adults). We take pride in maintaining this accreditation for over 30 years.

Job Description :

Coverage Period : December 19 - 24, with shifts from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

Inpatient Rehab Unit : 20 beds

Reason for Coverage : Physiatrist Vacation

Schedule : Partial days with the ability to approve admissions via computer. Team conferences on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8 : 00 am.

Patient Demographics : 100% adult rehab

Number of Patients Per Day : 10-20 on the unit

Facility Resources : 24 Hour Lab, 24hr Anesthesia Department

Documentation System / EMR : Cerner

Trauma Level / Designation : Level III
