Position Type :

- 2-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A+ certification or equivalent work experience in Depot / Workstation support.
- Experience with SCCM OSD, Imaging, or similar desktop imaging technology.
- Active Directory experience.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and written skills.
- Experience with XenMobile or other mobile management software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite.
Responsibilities :
- Report on assets, including inventory, shipping, returns, orders, and repairs.
- Handle work orders and tickets, including maintaining queues and communication.
- Conduct cycle counts of depot inventory.
- Pack and ship devices and kits to end users, involving lifting and moving equipment.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Repair and maintain desktops, laptops, and other hardware, including reimaging and component replacements.
- Manage and track devices sent to third parties for repair.
- Order parts as needed, both under warranty and out of warranty.
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Maintain and update documentation repository.
- Set up and support PCs and Apple Macs.
- Set up and update iPads and tablets, including OS updates and device wiping.
- Manage cellular activations of mobility assets.
