Neonatologist, Riley Children's at Community Hospitals, Indianapolis

Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Neonatologist to join our nationally recognized team in Indianapolis. As a leader in neonatal care, Riley Children's treats more than 3,500 newborns annually across its Level IV and Level III NICUs. Our multidisciplinary team‑comprised of board-certified neonatologists, advanced practice providers, and pediatric subspecialists‑delivers comprehensive, lifesaving care that often begins prenatally and continues through the NICU stay and beyond. We work closely with maternal‑fetal medicine, pediatric surgical and medical subspecialties, and neurodevelopmental follow‑up programs to ensure seamless, family‑centered care. This position will primarily support the Level III NICUs in the Community Health Network. The hospitals offer 24 / 7 access to in‑house Riley neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, and a full range of pediatric subspecialists via consultation. A portion of the FTE will be at Community Hospital East. Recognized as one of Indiana's Perinatal Centers and named “Best Place to Deliver a Baby” by IndyStar, the unit has received multiple awards for excellence in maternal and neonatal care.

• Community Hospital North : 48 beds‑including 42 private suites
• Community Hospital East : 16 beds –including 14 private rooms and 2 mother / baby suites
• Community Hospital Westfield : 12 beds –opening soon
