Locum Nephrologist needed in Indiana!

All Star is working with a client in Indiana needing a locum for specific dates :

• Monday‐Friday : 12 / 1‐5, 12 / 8‐12
• MUST have an active Indiana license and a DEA easily changeable
• Outpatient setting
• 15 patients per day
• Epic EMR ‐ highly prefer someone who has Epic experience
• Board certification in Nephrology is required
• Working with 1 other physician and 2 APPs in the practice
