About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand OKX's influencer and affiliate network in LATAM. This person will identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with KOLs, communities, and affiliates to drive user acquisition, engagement, and trading activity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, engage, and manage key influencer and affiliate partnerships in the LATAM region.
  • Execute localized campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive measurable trading volume.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, affiliates, and community leaders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and report insights to leadership.
  • Stay up to date on crypto, fintech, and community trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

What We Look For In You

  • 4+ years of experience in BD, influencer partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and driving measurable growth results.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Nice to Haves

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, PartnerStack, or other affiliate / KOL management platforms.
  • Previous experience scaling influencer or ambassador programs in new markets.
  • Passion for blockchain, DeFi, and crypto communities.
