Your Impact and Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Director of First Impressions : Manage all inbound communications and client greetings with exceptional polish, ensuring a seamless, confidential, and welcoming experience that sets the tone for our entire practice.
• Command the Operational Rhythm : Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational controls with near-perfect accuracy, from transaction reporting and compliance documentation to managing the firm’s scheduling and logistics.
• Drive Proactive Meeting Preparation : Own the end-to-end preparation process for all client meetings, assembling comprehensive, accurate files to ensure our advisors are fully equipped to deliver value.
• Manage Client Communications and Marketing Logistics : Deploy marketing communications via our CRM platform and coordinate logistics for client and prospect workshops, serving as the key liaison for marketing initiatives.
• Uphold Impeccable Data and Documentation Integrity : Maintain meticulous client records, notes, and CRM data, operating under the principle that “if it’s not documented, it didn’t happen.”
• Become the Firm’s Central Point of Contact : Act as the trusted hub for resolving operational issues, coordinating with partners, and ensuring every request is tracked to a successful conclusion.
