Fall Semester Law Clerk Legal Research & Writing (Federal Appeals)

Are you a law student who enjoys untangling complex legal questions and crafting persuasive legal writing? Do you excel at analyzing case law and want real-world experience in appellate advocacy? Our federal appeals law firm is seeking a detail-oriented, intellectually curious Law Clerk for a paid, part-time position focused on federal Social Security disability appeals.

About the Role

This position offers substantive legal work and mentorship in a specialized area of federal appellate litigation. Law clerks will :

• Conduct legal research on issues involving administrative and federal court disability decisions
• Assist in reviewing and summarizing recent decisions to update our firms internal case law compendium
• Draft legal memoranda and assist in drafting federal court briefs under attorney supervision

What Were Looking For
