Community Manager

Community Managers will effectively support daily operations and will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and becoming an integral part of shaping the Workplace experience, through service delivery consistency, excellence, establishing trust, and promoting a client centric awareness that aligns with workplace culture and expectations. Community Managers are to report any discrepancies to the ISI building lead, as well as any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include :

• Greeting and directing all employees and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy.
• Providing a very positive and professional first impression to employees and visitors.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, following all safety and security protocols.
• Ensuring that all complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from employees, are addressed and conducting a follow-up, if needed.
• Cultivating relationships with employees, to better understand their requirements and improve Workplace's ability to address them.
• Ensuring that all designated signage is in its proper location within their designated site.
• Conducting daily building inspections & reporting any observed facilities items that need to be addressed to the CW facilities team, such as repairs, carpet spills, etc.
• Monitoring and tracking e-waste levels in the building and contacting the proper team for disposal of collection sites.
• Monitoring and tracking battery waste levels in the building and contacting the proper team for disposal of collection sites as required.

The compensation for the position is : $26.35 - $31.00
