A company is looking for a Sr. Vice President of Sales, North America P&C.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership for North American sales and business development within a SaaS Cloud environment
Help define and execute the North America go-to-market and sales strategy focusing on market expansion and pipeline creation
Lead, mentor, and develop senior sales and client partners to build a high-performance culture
Qualifications
Proven sales leadership experience
15+ years of experience in selling multi-million-dollar, complex solutions within a SaaS / Cloud environment
Demonstrated experience in large account management and strategic selling techniques
10+ years of experience in leading and motivating business development teams
Ability to inspire vision and energy in others
