Job description

Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through :

  • Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
  • Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
  • Facilitating student engagement in the classroom / learning environment
  • Working one-on-one with students
  • Assessing students and providing developmental feedback

Requirements :

  • Master's Degree in Sports Management
  • Provide golf instruction lessons and clinics on an as needed basis for each student.
  • Establish a supportive and encouraging relationship with the student body.
  • PGA or LPGA member in good standing. A minimum of five years of golf industry experience. Certifications in various golf instruction tools / apps such as : Launch monitor technology; video analysis software; pressure plate technology; online coaching platforms; tournament administration programs; and golf operations software are highly recommended.
