Lead Intermodal Success with Impact

You'll oversee daily and long-term transportation strategies, ensuring service excellence while driving innovation and operational efficiency.

• Direct Dispatch Operations : Lead daily intermodal, OTR, FCL, and drayage dispatch activities, ensuring on-time, compliant performance.
• Optimize Rail Operations : Supervise rail billing, track & trace, and service performance with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Resolve Disruptions : Identify, prevent, and resolve transportation challenges to keep customer commitments on track.
• Manage Equipment & Costs : Oversee container repositioning, storage, and M&R, balancing service with cost-effectiveness.
• Strengthen Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with railroads, trucking partners, and logistics providers as the enterprise's rail lead.
