A company is looking for a Contract Family Law Paralegal (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Draft and finalize legal documents related to family law matters, primarily child custody modifications

Review and respond to filings from opposing counsel and negotiate settlements

Represent clients in court when necessary

Required Qualifications

Experience in family law, particularly with child custody disputes

Collaborative and resolution-focused approach

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Familiarity with Clio Suite and Microsoft Office

Flexible availability to meet court and internal deadlines
