Job Title : Vice President of Asset Management
The company is a leader in real estate with a portfolio encompassing 3 GW of solar and storage assets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business plans for renewable energy assets within a prominent real estate company.
- Provide leadership on operational contracts and financial management.
- Oversee revenue generation strategies and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on asset optimization.
- Assess risks and implement safety protocols and maintenance programs.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
- Manage contract negotiations and monitor contractor performance.
- Supervise renewable energy operations team and support their development.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8+ years of experience in renewable energy operations.
- Prior experience in asset management and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy markets and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
