Technical Support Role : Entertainment Show Operations

The key objective of this position is to provide expert technical support for live shows, events, and daily operations across all entertainment venues to guarantee a seamless execution of every production. This entails ensuring that all equipment is operated and maintained in accordance with safety standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities include operating, setting up, and striking entertainment technical equipment, collaborating with the Technical Crew for preventative maintenance, supporting the installation and testing of new equipment, covering onboard Entertainment Technician roles, and guaranteeing that all equipment operates and is maintained according to safety standards and company policies.

This role requires strong technical expertise in at least two areas such as audio, lighting, automation, show control, props / puppets, or special effects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in these fields.
