Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include changing raw stock and finished plates on our 4-axis CNC machine, performing routine maintenance, conducting quality checks on finished parts, and ensuring efficient operation of the machines to meet production goals. This position requires technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications and instructions.
• Change plates on CNC machines as required, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and identify any malfunctions or irregularities.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting key components per production

specifications and instructions.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
