Job Summary and Qualifications

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging exams while providing exceptional customer service and high-quality imaging.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed for appropriate patient care based on department standards.
  • Understand the principles of growth and development and assess data relevant to age-specific patient needs.
  • Evaluate patients' and families' abilities to learn and incorporate educational components into care.
  • Deliver compassionate, holistic patient care, honoring the rights and dignity of all clients.
  • Show proficiency in operating equipment and following radiological procedures.
  • Qualifications :

  • Graduation from a 24-month Radiological Technology Program is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Must be registered with the ARRT.
  • One year of experience is preferred, although new graduates are encouraged to apply.
