Contract role : 3-month contract. Onsite Monday–Thursday in Downtown Houston; Fridays remote.

Responsibilities
- Fulfill administrative tasks related to marketing operations and coordination.
- Build website landing pages and assist with marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement marketing acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft / Bing Ads, and META (Facebook).
- Coordinate cross-functional team projects, including external marketing agencies :
- Schedule meetings
- Capture meeting notes
- Send direction emails and follow-ups as requested by Marketing Director
- Create and manage project plans
- Escalate blockers and manage non-digital / analog workflow processes
- Code invoices and manage Marketing Expense Budget
- Complete Credit Card Expense Reports for Director of Marketing
Skills & Experience
Understanding of basic digital marketing principles3–5 years of work experience in a corporate environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to navigate ambiguity by asking the right questionsUnderstanding of basic accounting practices (Preferred)3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (Preferred), with disciplines including but not limited to :Website publishing & content management systemsBasic SEOGoogle AdsGoogle AnalyticsMETA AdsQualifications
