Seeking a Qualified and Experienced Vascular Surgeon

Are you a dedicated and highly skilled Vascular Surgeon passionate about providing advanced vascular care? We're searching for a qualified physician to join our team in a growing community near Whitmire, SC. This ongoing locum tenens opportunity offers a night shift schedule (5 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am) with call requirements to be determined (TBD), starting as soon as possible (ASAP).

Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient care to adult patients with a variety of vascular conditions, including peripheral arterial disease, venous insufficiency, and aortic disease.
• Work collaboratively with referring physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of open and endovascular surgical procedures in a well-equipped operating room setting (number of operating rooms not specified).
• Manage postoperative care for patients undergoing vascular surgery, ensuring optimal recovery and monitoring for potential complications.
• Participate in call coverage, responding to urgent vascular surgery needs outside of regular shift hours (specific call schedule details to be determined).
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in vascular surgery and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
