COMPENSATION : $85,000-$150,000

Position Details
Resolvere Law is seeking a Legal Intake Attorney who is licensed by the Arizona State Bar, has a business or sales mindset, is passionate about connecting with potential clients and helping them take the first step toward resolving their legal issues. The ideal candidate brings both legal acumen and the ability to spot legal issues, offer sound advice, and confidently guide qualified prospects into signed clients.
You'll work directly with the firm's Founder to learn our approach and intake systems, eventually owning the full intake process and leading the Intake Team. The role involves solicitating new clients, guiding potential clients toward engagement, and contributing to firm growth.
There is a potential for the Legal Intake Attorney to join the Legal Operations Team and work on select cases, depending on preferences and firm needs. The position includes a base salary with incentives based on the ability to help the firm grow.

Objectives
Conduct legal consultations and assessments with prospective clients to determine case fit.Guide potential clients through available legal options (pre-litigation vs. litigation) with confidence.Clearly communicate the value of representation and secure signed agreements.Analyze intake metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to drive results.Provide legal advice within the intake process, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with the Founder and Intake Team to optimize scripts, process flow, and conversion strategies.Maintain thorough documentation and status updates within the intake system.Train and mentor intake staff as your role evolves.Competencies

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolExperience in civil litigation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
