Studio+ Marketing and Communications Lead - Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Marketing & Communications Leader to define and execute messaging strategy for a high-impact client engagement. This role will oversee a global, distributed team driving customer experience, digital engagement, and marketing communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is equally adept at crafting compelling narratives and guiding execution in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Messaging Strategy : Define and drive the messaging architecture across campaigns, digital properties, and customer communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
• Team Leadership : Lead, inspire, and mentor a blended global team of writers, designers, digital strategists, and MarCom specialists in a decentralized, AI-driven work environment.
• Integrated Marketing Execution : Oversee campaign development, AI-enabled asset creation, web / digital design, customer, stakeholder, and employee communications.
• Client Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor to client marketing, communications, and customer experience leaders, balancing creativity with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Practice Growth : Play a key role in building our West Coast marketing capability, shaping team culture, attracting talent, and developing new offerings.
• Innovation : Leverage AI-driven marketing tools and approaches to accelerate content production, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure all outputs meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and high levels of creative and messaging excellence.
