The Licensed Insurance Agent (Remote) works from home and engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and / or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and / or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. • Be efficient in navigating multiple systems.
• Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
• Process new and / or amended enrollments.
• Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences.
