Labor and Employment Associate Associate

A full-service corporate law firm is seeking a high-qualified associate to join their Labor and Employment Group.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience defending claims under federal and state discrimination laws, the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family & Medical Leave Act, and the federal plant closing/mass layoff law. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills, and relevant experience in the practice area.
