Job description

A company is looking for a Help Desk Supervisor - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Help Desk team to meet service levels and quality standards

Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members to enhance professional development

Manage escalated calls and complex issues, ensuring prompt resolution and support for staff

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a call center environment, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid, or insurance processes preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center systems

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in coaching and motivating diverse teams
