  • Job Summary

Efficiently answer and direct calls of guests and staff. Handle guests’ messages and requests.

Job term : Full-time, through May 2025 (temporary role)

  • Essential Job Functions
  • Answers and routes telephone calls through NAVIS.
  • Must be Logged into Phone System (NAVIS) at all times during shifted time.
  • Records messages for guests and staff members.
  • Records & performs wake-up calls.
  • Records and maintains logs for guest requests and follow up.
  • Must be well-versed with all hotel amenities and departments to serve as an ambassador to promote them.
  • Understands the telephone phone system (NAVIS).
  • Assists in reporting telephone equipment or service complaints and problems.
  • Assists in reporting work orders in Amadeus (Hotel Service Optimization System)
  • Assists Reservations Department with Emails.
  • Reports and documents any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately.
  • Adheres to Carillon Miami Wellness Resort standards for guest services.
  • Delivers exceptional levels of customer service to all guests and ensures that all their requests are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Completes and shares various department reports in a timely manner.
  • Assists Manager of Reservations and Senior Director of Revenue Management with ad hoc projects or other tasks as needed.
  • Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
  • Previous experience as a PBX Operator and / or Reservations Agent is preferred.
  • Must have a high school diploma, associate college degree highly preferred.
  • Prior luxury hotel experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and service oriented.
  • Must possess excellent verbal communication, bilingual preferred, excellent organizational skills.
  • Must possess basic computer skills and computational ability.
  • Must possess the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have exceptional attendance
