Job Summary

The Fulfillment Coordinator serves as a subject matter expert in fulfillment operations, responsible for executing and supporting all aspects of order preparation, inventory handling, and shipping processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, speed, and presentation standards while providing leadership support through onboarding and workflow improvements.

Essential Functions

• Serve as a subject matter expert across fulfillment operations, including order prep, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Exercise independent decision-making to troubleshoot issues and maintain order throughput
• Ensure accuracy, speed, and presentation standards are met for each event
• Support the onboarding, coaching, and development of new and temporary staff
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities; assist in refining workflows
• Maintain workspace organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols
• Assist in floor setup, invoicing, documentation, and ensuring smooth operational flow

Required Qualifications

Pay Scale : $20.15-$23.14

Bonus : This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
