Key Responsibilities
Process and oversee financial and quality assurance aspects of major projects, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
Review and approve project requests, maintaining comprehensive records and securing necessary approvals
Monitor and resolve Capital Asset invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable and Risk Management for timely payments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in construction, architecture, or engineering
One to three years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Basic analytic ability and understanding of work environment processes
