A company is looking for an HR Operations & Automation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the People Operations infrastructure including HRIS, payroll, compliance, and automation tools
Act as the product manager for People Technology, developing and executing a roadmap for HR tech platforms
Design and implement automation across the employee lifecycle and streamline compliance and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the People / HR space, with 2+ years focused on HR Operations at a tech-forward organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
High ownership mentality and exceptional project management skills
Deep interest and nuanced understanding of AI capabilities and applications
Experience with Rippling strongly preferred
