As a Wealth Specialist at Capital Group,you'llserve as a senior wealth planning professional, partnering closely with Private Wealth Advisors to deliver high-impact financial planning analyses, trust and estate strategies, asset allocation advice, and investment proposals.You'llprovideexpert guidance tailored to each client's unique goals, engage with sophisticated professionals across a wide range of investment topics, and simplify complex financial concepts to build trusted relationships.You'lltrain and support advisors by modeling best practices,collaboratewith the Wealth Planning and Advisory Group to foster knowledge-sharing, and contribute to thought leadership through client presentations and marketing content. Your insights will help influence salesresultsand drive client acquisition strategies. In this role,you'llspend approximately 85% of your timeinclient-facing activities, preparing, presenting, and following up on meetings.

You'redriven, strategic, and passionate about helping clients succeed. You bring :

Advanced knowledge in financial planning, portfolio construction, and trust & estate planning.

Familiarity with financial planning models and tools.

A CFP or similar designation (e.g., CPWA) preferred.

Series 65 registration.

At least 10 years of experience in wealth and financial planning, with a strongtrack recordin client-facing roles at respected financial institutions.

An undergraduate degree (advanced business degree or professional certification preferred).

Location Options : This role may be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York , with approximately 30% travelrequired.

Base Salary Range : $167,000 $197,000

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
