Support Provider for People with Disabilities

Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children's Shelter is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Provider for People with Disabilities to join our team. This role is critical in our mission to support homeless children and their mothers by providing specialized care and services that cater to individuals with disabilities. The Support Provider will work within our community services department to enhance the daily lives of our residents, helping to implement personalized plans that promote independence and facilitate success.
