A company is looking for a Financial Benefits Consultant to assist clients in achieving their financial wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-income participants, coordinating meetings with planners
Assist in creating comprehensive financial plans and respond to participant inquiries regarding executive benefits
Implement and review investment strategies, staying informed about market trends and regulatory changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
FINRA Series 7 and NASAA Series 63 registrations required
Life insurance licensing and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) preferred
Knowledge of financial wellness and investment management strategies
