Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team as we continue to enhance our member experience.

We offer competitive pay starting at $22 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes :

As an entry-level Maintenance Technician, you'll enjoy a full-time schedule that keeps things exciting with evening and weekend hours.

As you step into your role as an entry-level Maintenance Technician at Austin Country Club, your day begins with reviewing and prioritizing service requests. You troubleshoot and repair various systems-whether it's fixing flickering lights or addressing plumbing issues, you ensure everything runs smoothly for our members. Your keen attention to detail shines as you conduct preventive maintenance inspections, meticulously documenting your work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Collaborating with your team to uphold safety standards, you take pride in knowing that your efforts keep the facilities in excellent condition, creating an exceptional experience for everyone who visits the club.

OUR IDEAL ENTRY-LEVEL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• No certifications are required for this entry-level position!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in analyzing problems and finding effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects

Basic maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills are preferred but not required!
