About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with strong product instincts and a track record of building production-ready web applications end-to-end.

You’ll work directly with users, prototype quickly, and deliver polished solutions that scale.

This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, works independently, and is excited to help shape the future of AI-enabled collaboration in a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Ship Quickly and Thoughtfully : Turn ideas into production-ready software in days, not months.
• Build End-to-End Systems : Design clean, scalable web interfaces wired to well-structured APIs and data models.
• Integrate AI Intelligently : Create dependable, auditable workflows that embed AI safely and effectively.
• Ensure Reliability : Instrument analytics, logs, and alerts to drive performance, quality, and observability.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with design, operations, and product to deliver outcomes that move business metrics.
• Stay Close to Users : Talk to customers weekly, run lightweight experiments, and double down on what delivers impact.
