- Establish process for centralized management of instrument file
- Intake / Validation / Build
- Quarterly instrument true up with finance
- Knowledge of SPM is not a requirement it's just the source of the data. Will teach how to input data.
- Most of the work is going to be done in Excel cross-referencing and standardizing and then updating SPM.
- As an example, via Excel reports you'd identify that the same instrument exists with different IDs / Names; would standardize to a single description and update SPM accordingly.
- Scrub and dedupe records in our existing Service Parts Management master file (SPM), Standardize record data : Manufacturer Part # / Manufacturer
- Internal Instrument ID
- Description
- Supplier
- Price
- Remove duplicate instruments
