The Job :
The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is an experienced supply chain professional that is responsible for managing outbound order fulfillment and driving improvements in operational and planning processes. This role is a key interface with channel, sales, supply / demand, and distribution leveraging data driven analysis to drive continuous improvement in unit fill rate and on time delivery performance metrics. The Customer Supply Chain Analyst will foster strong professional relationships within the Commercial and Industrial Channel to quickly resolve customer issues, by identifying root cause and offering solutions to operational challenges.
As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you'll be part of our Global Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee in Towson, MD, New Britain, CT or Valley City, OH. You'll get to :
- Manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery to ensure accurate pricing, terms of sales, lead-times, special pack requirement and inventory availability.
- Work with the Customer Supply Chain Manager and Sales management to analyze, evaluate, and solve for opportunities to improve key service metrics such as Pricing, Order fill, On time delivery, Invoice accuracy, case fill, etc.
- Communicate with customers by tracking orders and shipments, trouble shooting and responding to all other questions, inquires and complaints in a timely fashion. Meet and exceed service level expectations as defined by the customer and sales team.
- Maintain monthly supply chain scorecard to monitor service performance and Customer program compliance.
- Monitor weekly / monthly unit fill rate and on-time delivery performance. Research root causes for reliability failures and develop corrective action plans with cross functional supply chain counterparts.
- Identify cost savings opportunities around case pick, full pallet ordering and internal network optimizations
- Pro-actively identifies areas of potential risk of non-compliance and works with Sales, Channel and Supply Chain functions to minimize customer impacts.
- Reviewing and managing Consumption and Supply / Demand alignment
- Product Reservation / Allocation recommendations and management
- Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines

BA / BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related preferred.1-5 years of experience in areas such as Customer Operations, forecasting, inventory management, or supply / operations planning.Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse, Power BI)Desire to be technical using analytical tools.Process Management / Improvement mindset required.Ability to lead, coach and train peersClear verbal and written communication to explain issues and propose solutions to customers, sales teams or managers.Strong analytical abilities to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.Project management skills to coordinate and manage cross-functional team members.Strong problem solving ability.Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels.The Details :

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
