In this role, you will focus on attracting and onboarding 1099 employees to provide contract-based services for a variety of different clients. - Develop and deliver engaging recruitment pitches to attract talent.
- Quickly gain a thorough understanding of the company’s operations and recruitment processes.

- Participate in daily team meetings to share updates and align strategies.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer support during recruitment calls.
- Leverage data insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
- Technical proficiency and comfort using applicant tracking systems and other tools.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and innovative work environments.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
- Familiarity with high-volume recruitment processes.
